I‘m a huge advocate of the bow-tie (maybe you noticed?).
Isn’t there is something so gratifying about being able to tie the perfect bow? A brief history shows that Croatian mercenaries began to close their collars using ties in the 17th century, a trend that quickly became gentrified by the French aristocracy – naturally.
Flash forward to this season and it seems the bow tie is everywhere. Perry Ellis‘ most recent ad campaign demonstrates the sartorial beauty of the oversized tie, and its lighthearted nature. It seems we must all embrace the bow tie and for $45.00 I can’t see why we won’t.
what do you think?
