My parents habitually emphasize the importance of looking smart while traveling. Of course I agree, but the idea of a shirt and blazer at 30,000 feet isn’t my idea of cosy. I need comfort always (and especially while flying), which is exactly why things like fitted cashmere tracksuits exist. Sure it’s an investment, but you’re essentially wearing a blanket. For the cabin I’ll want for layers – typically a leather jacket and simple shoes that I can kick-off. Also remember a bold pair of shades will reverse all signs of jet lag. Safe travels!
