If the balmy effects of El Niño will teach us anything, it’s to keep the layers to a minimum – at least for now. But what if layering is your ‘thing’ and you’ve been waiting to do it all summer long? (I know I have…) Have hope! My ever trusty overcoat has persevered through the unseasonably warm days, proving itself yet again. Paired with a light crew or turtleneck (for that thin but oh-so-important layer of insulation), I’ll be wearing some variation of this outfit for the foreseeable future. Why? It looks like winter but feels breezy, like spring.
